Dr. Maychelle Cooper Rodney has a PhD in Executive Leadership. She is an Author, Certified Life Coach, Public Speaker, Nonprofit Founder & CEO, and a Business Executive with more than 33 years of experience in Corporate America at a Fortune 500 Company.
Dr. Maychelle is purpose-driven and passionate about inspiring and empowering others. In other words, she is a “Help-Junkie”. As a community leader, she understands the importance of having a Life Coach who understands the many challenges of life. As a devoted wife, she is often told that her marriage is inspirational and a reminder that true love still exists. As a Business Executive, Dr. Maychelle has industry specific knowledge and experience. She posits that an organization can make its greatest impact when it focuses on growth and leadership development. |

More About Maychelle!Dr. Maychelle is a Business Executive, Licensed Certified Coach and Facilitator with more than 33 years of Executive Leadership. Her leadership skills include coaching, mentoring, career development, and experience in industrial engineering and business development in corporate and entrepreneurial settings.
Dr. Maychelle is committed to community engagement. She founded the nonprofit organization - Noah's Ark NICU Foundation which supports families of premature babies within the Greater New Orleans area. She is also committed to female empowerment where she is fully vested in mentoring young girls and women to "love the skin they are in" despite society's standards. As a result, she wrote a book titled, Dear Black Butterfly You Are A Queen, which reminds ALL females that they are Beautiful Queens and to NEVER GIVE UP ON THEIR DREAMS! Dr. Maychelle is hard-working, fun-loving, enjoys family time, traveling, "helping others", dancing, and parading with her Mardi Gras Krewe where she was the Queen for two years during COVID-19. She IS the Black Butterfly Queen and her desire is to ensure that anyone who crosses her path feels free from the challenges of life to fly high, spread their wings, and become the best version of themselves that they can possibly be.
